Today, I walked into Carter Subaru of Shoreline and was greeted by Alex Mark's. I was nervous because this was my first time buying a new car on my own (not from an independent owner). I was anxious and didn't know what I was doing, but Alex made me feel very comfortable and safe that he was going to take care of me. There was no feeling of pressure or doubt in his mind that I wasn't driving home in a new Subaru today. Thank you, Alex and Skyler, for making my first car buying experience so easy and calming. When the deal was all done, I cried to both of them with tears of joy. I am a proud owner of a new Subaru Crosstrek. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I would say, ask for Alex Mark's. Five star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family had a great experience at Carter Subaru of Shoreline. Brandon Badger was our sales consultant. He was extremely respectful, prompt, and clear in his communication. If we had any questions or concerns, he addressed them. We needed to explore what car was best for us, initially not even knowing if we wanted a subaru. Brandon was generous with his time and took us on multiple test drives. We fell in love with the subaru forester wilderness. Brandon was able to find the exact color we wanted and got the vehicle delivered to the dealership. Brandon wasn't pushy at all. Other dealerships we visited were pressuring and their attitudes immediately changed the minute we decided we weren't purchasing a car that day. We didn't feel any of that pressure here. It's annoying when the men at dealerships only speaking to me (a guy) and don't even acknowledge my fiancé, and Brandon spoke to both of us, making sure we both felt seen and understood. If you are contemplating trying a subaru, check out this dealership and ask for Brandon to help you. You won't regret it!

Best car buying experience we've had with Carter Subaru! John Sylvester got in touch on a Friday via text (Best feature they offer since I am in meetings all day), told him the car model I want, year, trim and new. He immediately replied about stock, appointment set for a Saturday. We were basically in and out of there. John was a blast to work with, we definitely recommend you go see him for your Subaru!

We had a wonderful experience at Subaru. James Bennett, the Internet sales manager walked us through the leasing process in about an hour and a half, and we left with our new Subaru. Crosstrek. It was the easiest stress-free car dealership experience I’ve ever had. We love our new car and are so grateful for Carter Subaru shoreline.
