My experience at Doug's Lynnwood Mazda was fantastic! My initial contact was with Percy, and he was great to work with. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the overall process. I also had a chance to work with the sales manager, Kat. She was very easy to work with and made it very easy during the negotiation process. That's the part that is usually the most difficult for the perspective purchaser, in my view. Both of them made the entire experience wonderful. I also had an easy experience with the paperwork person ..... and I apologize that I have forgotten his name. Quick and easy without a lot of pressure for the extended warranty stuff! Just enough so it made sense for me to purchase some of the maintenance that I would need to perform on the car in the future.... which will save me some money down the road. When I came back a couple days later to pick up my car, it was as clean as it could be and actually was in the showroom with a big red ribbon! Again, Percy was very knowledgeable and helpful giving me an in-service on the operation of the vehicle which I purchased - 2025 CX-50 Hybrid Premium Plus. Top notch experience at Doug’s Lynnwood Mazda! Everyone was so lovely and helpful! I originally came in to test drive a different vehicle, which ended up not being a great fit for me, but Christopher was very attentive, helping me through the process and listening to what I was looking for. He provided so much helpful information to make my search for a quality vehicle feel so much easier than I imagined it could be. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions as well as those of my family who was also along for the ride. Christopher was incredibly friendly and intuitive; he clearly communicated each step of the process and genuinely cared about making sure our needs were not just met but exceeded. We felt truly taken care of by every one we interacted with at Doug’s, including Alberto and Sage. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new vehicle and I would highly recommend coming to Doug’s for your automotive needs!

From the moment we first met Diego in the showroom, he was warm, pleasant, low-key and easy to work with. He did his very best to get my new car as close as possible to my budget, he went through EVERYTHING on the car with me, and was very knowledgeable about the product. I would recommend Diego to anyone who is shopping for a car. Kat (the Sales Manager) was also personable, helpful and easy to work with. There was no high pressure, it all felt as transparent as possible and that's why they won my business!
